Get product codes and prices from receipt image (get bonuses for long receipts)

Get Product Codes and Prices from a receipt (get bonuses of up to 0.42 US$)

General Instructions:
  • The image below is a picture of a supermarket receipt. Open image file in a separate window.
  • some receipts are longer than others we give additional bonus up to 0.42 US$ according to the number of products.
Loading Detailed Instructions- Read Carefully:
Q1
  • Look at the image and answer Q1. On Q1, if you select "I AM NOT WORKING ON IT" - do not answer Q5.
Q2
  • In the top or bottom part of the receipt there is a phone number, it usually has 2 or 3 digit area code and 7 or 8 digits number (e.g. 09-8621654).
  • Type the phone number exactly as it appears on the receipt, even if it is not in the regular format.
  • If you can not find any number on the top part of the receipt type 0000000.
Q3
  • In the top or bottom part there is a date.
  • Type the date.
  • If for any reason you can not find the date type NONE.
Q4
  • In the bottom part there is the total price of the receipt.
  • Type the total price.
  • If for any reason you can not find the total price type NONE.
Q5
  • In the central part of the receipt there are 3 or 4 columns describing product price, code ,quantity or description.
  • Type each product row in a separate box below separate the column text by ";".
  • In case of a receipt with 4 columns type the 2 middle columns as if they were a single column.
  • Some long receipts are made up of a few images stitched together, it is easy to see the stitching border. If there are duplicate products ignore them.
Important:
  • Never guess numbers - if number is incomplete or not clear skip row.
  • If the image is cut on the sides and numbers are cut do not work on hit - answer only Q1.
  • If you can not find a phone number do not work on hit - answer only Q1.
  • Type only numbers '0-9' and the following signs '-', '%'.

A4 size receipts
  • For receipts printed on big A4 paper (see example) you will see more than 3 columns.
  • Put the additional numbers on the right column separated by space.
  • A4 receipts can contain several pages (instead of a long receipt) - MAKE SURE you do all the items in the receipt see example here
  • The TOTAL for the receipt appears on the last or first pages - make sure to use the right total - see example here

Q1 - If image is clear and you can find the phone number and the sides of the image are not cut select "STARTING WORK", If the image is not good select one of the other options and do not work on the rest of the hit.
STARTING WORK - Image is good, I can find a phone number and the codes are not cut.
I AM NOT WORKING ON IT - The image is not clear. (Warning: We block workers who incorrectly indicate 'NOT WORKING ON IT')
I AM NOT WORKING ON IT - This is not an image of a receipt. (Warning: We block workers who incorrectly indicate 'NOT WORKING ON IT')
I AM NOT WORKING ON IT - The sides of the image and the numbers are cut. (Warning: We block workers who incorrectly indicate 'NOT WORKING ON IT')
I AM NOT WORKING ON IT - I cannot find a telephone number on the receipt. (Warning: We block workers who incorrectly indicate 'NOT WORKING ON IT')
Q2 - The Phone Number is (for bad image or no phone number write 0000000):
Q3 - The Date is (for bad image or no date write NONE):
Q4 - The Total price is (for bad image or no total write NONE):
Q5 - This question is mandatory. You need to enter all the numbers from the rows of the receipt. If there are no rows to enter then please select the most appropriate 'I AM NOT WORKING ON IT' option above.
